What do you like best about Market Leader? Snazzy looking website. Looks professional. What do you dislike about Market Leader? Complete ripoff. The leads appear to all be bots. No responses from so-called buyers. What problems is Market Leader solving and how is that benefiting you? None. Fake lead generation site.

What do you like best about Market Leader? Market leader is easy to use and customize. I could do most anything myself without having to have a professional designer make changes. What do you dislike about Market Leader? Market Leader was slow to adapt to being mobile responsive, something they now do. What problems is Market Leader solving and how is that benefiting you? Market Leader allows me to be in control of my real estate website and have IDX functionality. No need to build your own.

What do you dislike about Market Leader? They will add on extra months to your "initial required" contract that you will have to pay and will continue to charge you regardless of intent to cancel. What do you like best about Market Leader? Nothing. I've had it for 4 months and the leads are crap. What do you dislike about Market Leader? Everything. I've had it for 4 months and the leads are crap. Not one solid or hot lead. The customer service is horrible once you sign up they DO NOT care about you! What problems is Market Leader solving and how is that benefiting you? They solve nothing! I've expressed my complaints with them and I have to threaten in order for someone to respond.
