What do you like best about Marchex? It helps our customers to know that the program is working to be able to see their results What do you dislike about Marchex? We have not had any downside which is why we have stayed with Marchex for so long. I do know that sometimes your customer service is not as helpful as the tech team. What problems is Marchex solving and how is that benefiting you? Letting our customers know the calls they are getting.

What do you like best about Marchex? It's easy to use and setting up campaigns is not complicated. What do you dislike about Marchex? I can't say there is anything I dislike. What problems is Marchex solving and how is that benefiting you? It is helping us to see what print/eBlasts/direct mailers are working

What do you like best about Marchex? Excellent reporting and easy access online. What do you dislike about Marchex? After having worked with them for many years I do not have any complaints. There is no downside. What problems is Marchex solving and how is that benefiting you? Marchex reporting is critical in proving the value of the media campaigns we place for our clients
