What do you like best about Maptitude? I was able to add multiple layers of data and work with a large number of addresses in a couple of days without having GIS experience

Excellent software.
Excellent value for money. Customer support very helpful and on time, I'm in an earlier time zone, but still get support quick enough to solve the issue. Online install quick and without any hitches. But then the best of all, user friendliness of the software! WMS layers are added by default, digitizing data is very easy and straight forward, the software takes care of all the technicalities, a non GIS person can make useful maps in minutes with their own data or the bundled data.

As a complete Maptitude novice
As a complete Maptitude novice, I used the software to create a literary map of the greater Boston and Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA, area. Boston has a rich literary past and present; I easily got the software to dot the map with features that highlighted writers' homes and well-known public hangouts. A fun exercise!

"Excellent value GIS / mapping tool"
What do you like best about Maptitude? I've found it really useful for both logistics and non-logistics projects. As well as being able to identify hot-spots in your own data and interrogate the built-in demographics, you can calculate weighted "centres of gravity", visualise size of flows and allocate customers between fulfilment centres or depots - all important features if you're looking at logistics networks.
