What do you like best about Manychat? A bot never gets frustrated. A bot never get tired. Bot do what you tell him to do. Having a bot is not only about optimizing your time, I gives the possibility to test and optimice sales. And offcourse, get focused in real interested buyers. What do you dislike about Manychat? Great idea, really confusing layout

Love the idea of Manychat and it feels like it has so much potential. Still gives the option of "talk to a human" on my flows - not good when this is usually unmanned - I think this is a default setting, has lost me a few leads :( Hopefully, as it develops things will improve!
