What do you like best? Customizable layouts. Great to use if you need to send out email for more than one person / company. Can save layouts for future use as well. What do you dislike? Mailchimp Transactional Email (formerly Mandrill) gets the job done!

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to send transactional emails in an effective way with this software. What do you dislike? I dislike some of the shortcomings in regard to customization options that you have for the emails, for example incorporating animations is difficult. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am solving the problem of not being able to send out a mass email in a timely manner.

Good for marketing!

What do you like best? I like that we are able to customize our newsletters, which is what we heavily use MailChimp for. The added designs and ability to use our logo really helps our branding. What do you dislike? I think there are few things I dislike. Perhaps, I would say, the lack of fonts. We use a special font and MailChimp does not carry it. I wish we could upload font files. What do you like best? Mandrill is fairly flexible when it comes to sending email from your application and the reporting is pretty good. What do you dislike? I just wish the integrations for it were easier to use and up to date(like the ruby gem). Creating/editing templates is also an awful experience. What do you like best? I setup is easy and can be done within few minutes. They have beautiful graph where we can see how many emails are sent each day their opens rate, spam rate is shown.
