Very good software. Perfect for agencies
What do you like best? I'm fond of the level of customization here. The interface is extremely easy to navigate and once you connect your emails and calendars, it more or less becomes the only tab you need to have open, a one-stop recruitment shop of sorts. What do you dislike? Some features I haven't had time to dig into so I don't use them at the moment. I will need to dig into the documentation to find out how they work. Very good candidate tracking and management system
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The platform allows us to share our openings on many job boards in one click. It is easy to navigate and to move candidates around the various stages of the recruitment pipeline. Awesome hiring platform
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It's very easy to customize your hiring pipeline and drag and drop candidates as they progress through the stages. Screening is also made very easier, drop a job description and it will let you know how much of a matvch candidates are for that specific job. Posting jobs is automatic on a number of job boards so we don't have to repeat this manual process for each board. No extra costs, all features are available by default. Overall ...

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The product is solid and includes all we need to run our recruitment operations. The integration capabilities with Gmail and Google Calendar make it a great solution to centralize everything in one place.
