What do you like best? We've had the same process for a while. But with the adoption of this new tool, we're trying new things and it's very exciting for us. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? There's a functionality for our every step. I especially like the sourcing tools and the social media feature (saves me time trying to find candidates' social media accounts). Millions times better than Excel

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It's very easy to use. I'm not the most tech-savvy person so I'm grateful for the simplicity of it all. My company decided it was time to give up our old ways, using Excel for pretty much anything from tracking candidates to managing our candidate pool. Nobody regrets the change. The transition was very smooth and we are now so much more effective and organized.

We were looking to improve our recruitment efficiency and time to hire. This has really helped, especially navigating our large database of developers. Now I can simply provide the system a job description and it automatically identifies the best fits for the role. That is a huge time-saver!
