For example the candidate rating system which cuts screening time by half, or the parser that automatically extracts information from candidates resume. It's very easy to use and do things like creating a job and sharing it on multiple job boards or sharing notes with other users throughout the process. What do you like best? It has been a great tool to help us scale our soucing operations. Recruiting is now easier, candidate database management is super efficient as the system identifies automatically the best suited candidates and presents them to the recruiter. What do you dislike?
