What do you like best? Basically, all the functions you can expect from an ATS are in here, for a much lower price than what the competition offers. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Very easy to use, and lots of features that make my life easier. It is very easy to find candidates in a large database, simply search by typing keywords (skills, location, diploma, past xperiences,...), this saves me a lot of time compared to searching an Excel file or doing a new search on Linkedin. The candidate scoring system and the social media enrichment are some of my favorite tools as it saves me a huge amount of time screening candidates. What do you like best? Very easy to use, and lots of features that make my life easier. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? All the features of traditionnal ATSs, with a number of added features like the AI recommendation engine and social media enrichment.
