PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Frankly speaking, this software is quite powerful, and the features and tools that come with it are incredibly useful. Thanks to this software, I can automatically open tickets as soon as I receive an alert. Easy on the pocket

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It is already great that it can monitor a network reliably, but the cherry on top is the fact that it is so affordable. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Overall, I think this is good software. However, I do wish that I didn't have to put in so much detail when it comes to the first set of data to be monitored. I do appreciate the deep dive required, but it understandably can be tedious.
