"Good Mid Level tool"

What do you like best about ManageEngine Network Configuration Manager? Ability to see all devices and errors. It is not terribly difficult to add devices. It works and integrates with ServiceNow (which is a big plus), including ServiceNow CMDB software options. What do you dislike about ManageEngine Network Configuration Manager?
