Banking issues

Banking issues. I have been working with the support staff for OVER A MONTH. They cannot correct an issue with banking. The processing fees were being deposited into one bank account and HOA dues into the client's account. We updated the bank used and the team has not been successful in separating the funds into the correct bank account for the past month now. This is causing money to go into my clients account that I will be paying back in invoices to ManageCasa.

reflects incorrect financials

Support is not available when needed. The office is on the west coast. The financials do not reflect correctly which makes all the financial reports incorrect. The set up is difficult and confusing to enter associations/units/users- they have to all be put in separately then linked. When you are able to get support they are excellent

I have had a great experience using the accounting aspect of the app

I have had a great experience using the managecasa software. its easy to use and functional. Also the gentleman I have been working with Jack has been super helpful and gets back to me right away and answers all questions and concerns. definitely recommend.

I signed up with this company in January 2021 website is beyong comfusing and when you add a property come back next day it's no where to be found. Doesn't recorded anything you imput properly which could be due to lack of knowledge on my part howver i been texting and emailing requesting a phone call for someone to help yet no response. someone finanly email back after 3 or 4 reuest and i repeateadly ask for a phone call to help but no response from that person after that. What do you like best about ManageCasa? They have a beautifully designed website with lots of "glowing" tweet reviews. The sale team picks up the phone right away, and tells you their product has all these great features and will save you both time and money as a property manager. But that is all a trick to get you to pay....

Most Dynamic Property Management

I found that manageCasa has a robust accounting system and has easy to navigate reporting tools. I was able to easily get the data my clients wanted to see. I know Property portfolio Managers who are still trying to manage properties using excel spreadsheets.... I can't imagine trying to run 31 units on a spreadsheet ,so I love the ability to compartmentalize all the components of Property Management.Great work !

As I found , @ManageCasa is the best place to keep your data. They actually have a huge storage. You they protect every lease document , tenants' information , property file , account with their high quality encryption technology. All the information are very safety and well arranged in @Managecasa's system. Their drop-box type management system is created just for your property files!

A Great Product and Great Support for Multi-Unit Property Management

ManageCasa is one of the newer software products out there but that’s definitely one of its many advantages! You can tell they care more about their customers than some of the bigger software companies around. Their tech support is ALWAYS available and is completely free.
