What do you like best about Malbek? Expansive contract lifecycle management tool with many out of the box integrations and configurable, customization tools. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the solution center of training articles and videos is one of the best I've ever seen.

What do you like best about Malbek? It's very user-friendly with intuitive options. The Malbek Contrax team is also amazing. I had the best implementation experience that I've had with any system and I attribute that to Brian Garrity at Malbek. He was a pleasure to work with and knew everything about the system and how to make it work for the company (and we definitely have some quirks to our process).

What do you like best about Malbek? Having our contracts in one system. Running reports and creating workflow reminders and tasks has also been a time saver. Working with the customer service team has helped me utilize the system more effectively. Malbek University is an excellent resource for system administrators.

I appreciate that it provides notifications for each step of the workflow and advises requesters of where their request is at all times. The system is easy to use and very functional regarding the overall contracting process. What do you like best about Malbek? Malbek Contrax is extremely intuitive and offers not only a full website of support, but people who are accessible to help you overcome challenges or answer questions.

"Makes working with legal documents easier for everyone!"

What do you like best about Malbek? I love how easy it is to submit a legal document for a customer I'm working with and then our legal team can review it, make edits and notify me when it's ready so we all have the most recent version. I also love that you can add a note and ping the legal team or a specific member with questions regarding edits or the document in general. I also love how it integrates in Salesforce so it's easy to keep track of what has been submitted for each case.

What do you like best about Malbek? I like that it makes it easy for me to communicate between my legal team and prospects when they need redlines or special verbiage. You just upload the documents from prospects, legal makes their edits, and you can send it directly back to the prospect through Malbek. The Slack integration is nice too!
