"Convenient, not too Complicated"

What do you like best about MakeShift? I love the ability to offer shifts for exchange with my coworkers. It's helpful to see in advance who I'll be working with, and it's easy to request time off in the app! What do you dislike about MakeShift? If you work at multiple programs within the same company, it can be annoying to toggle through the schedules for each day. It would be neat to be able to filter a month's schedule by program. What do you like best about MakeShift? Makeshift is great at keeping me updated with my upcoming shifts. I especially like how it exports to my Google calendar! What do you dislike about MakeShift? I can't select other users shifts to see if I am working with them or in a different location What problems is MakeShift solving and how is that benefiting you? Informing me of my next shift

What do you like best about MakeShift? Our business had a few special requests and they met each one. What do you dislike about MakeShift? We had a few sync errors once we started using the software, but we all cleaned up. What problems is MakeShift solving and how is that benefiting you? Three clinics and over 100 employees and we wanted to create an all-employee accessible schedule. All employees are able to see who's working at any given time.

Easy to see schedules at different locations in a quick glance....easy to see openings.....staff can enter their availability What do you dislike about MakeShift? looking back historically, looking week to week over and extending time period isn't the easiset. What do you like best about MakeShift? Ease of creating a schedule for workers. Flexibility is great, and able to save shifts. What do you dislike about MakeShift? Too many letters per staff member for logging in and out. What problems is MakeShift solving and how is that benefiting you? Don't have any.

What do you like best about MakeShift? Super easy to copy schedules over onto subsequent weeks, which is a real time-saver What do you dislike about MakeShift? It is difficult for employees to see everybody's schedules. Downloading and printing out the schedules does not give an employee a good picture of how the day is staffed, which impacts morale.
