"Great Customer Service, very prompt on concerns"

What do you like best about MakeShift? Alexandra was great. I love having employee information at my fingertips and the ability to change/exchange shifts as needed without being connected to my computer. What do you dislike about MakeShift? "Makeshift is super user friendly!"

What do you like best about MakeShift? I like the ease if the apps and interface. The flexibility within the dashboard is fantastic and aesthetically pleasing which is a huge plus! What do you dislike about MakeShift? I dislike the inability to communicate via the app aside from Announcements. It's also difficult to see what shifts are scheduled across a week span aside from using the "Positions" view point. What problems is MakeShift solving and how is that benefiting you? Ease of ...

"It is easy as a manager to use and to explain and the app and website forms are easy to learn"

What do you like best about MakeShift? That there's a Makeshift live app where mangers can make changes and don't have to go on a computer to fix shifts, etc What do you dislike about MakeShift? That the app does not let you copy weeks like the desktop version does What problems is MakeShift solving and how is that benefiting you? Reminding me when people do not clock in and out. It happens very often and I like getting the notifications to make sure people are getting in their correct hours

What do you like best about MakeShift? That it's user-friendly and easy to navigate. What do you dislike about MakeShift? You have to create shift times for every shift and can't simply enter in a time slot. What problems is MakeShift solving and how is that benefiting you? That it's an easy scheduling platform to use.

What do you like best about MakeShift? Reduces email for shift exchanges, drops or adding What do you dislike about MakeShift? After using Makeshift for one event, I was not prepared to implement it for the regular season. What problems is MakeShift solving and how is that benefiting you? Employees have access to their schedule and some control over it. Employees can make updates.

What do you like best about MakeShift? I like that the scheduling feature very easy to use. What do you dislike about MakeShift? I would like more reporting options with the scheduling feature. What problems is MakeShift solving and how is that benefiting you? Makeshift is able to show our labor budget in dollars or hours as we are making the weekly schedule.

What do you like best about MakeShift? I find I am able to easily check the schedule and I am able to make changes quickly and efficiently. It notifies the workers directly which takes a cumbersome step out of the process. What do you dislike about MakeShift? There is no easy way to add in lieu time or other forms of time off. Also you cannot change shift times on a template easily. For example, if I alter a night shift for an hour it will not easily let me do so without removing the title ...
