What do you like best about Maintenance Care? It works great for our whole maintenance team as well as our office staff who are usually receiving the calls about maintenance issues or requests. The best thing about it is it allows management to make sure that no issues or requests get lost in the shuffle and we can easily see what's high priority or aging.

What do you like best about Maintenance Care? the low cost does help offset the parts about the system that I do not like. i think that the interface is ok, and the basic tool is ok.
