I've been using Mailtrack.io for a while now, and I'm extremely impressed. The email tracking feature is incredibly helpful, providing valuable insights into when my emails are opened. Zero support, flawed product, go elsewhere!

Having read that Mailtrack now works with Microsoft Outlook I was excited to download the basic version before purchasing Advanced subscriptions and deploying across our team. The functionality seemed amazing and exactly what we were looking for. Installation via the Microsoft 365 app deployment portal and local outlook went smoothly. Excellent

Mailtrack works like a charm. I have received read confirmation for every email I sent from my Gmail. I also have received alerts of unopened emails after a certain amount of time. And the support team solved an issue I had at lightning speed! If possible, I suggest to add reminders after 10/15/20/25 days of unopened and/or unreplied emails.
