What do you like best? Was surprised, installed in seconds, and made a real impact on my outreach within gmail. I'm now closing a lot more demos than before. What do you dislike? Wish they had mail merge included too. Also waiting for android support. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? More sales, easy to use, priced pretty low for email tracking AND Pings/auto-followups.

One of the best Email automation and tracking software that I've come across!

What do you like best? The Pings. It is a great feature where I could save different follow-up sequences for different campaigns. We can save multiple drafts to be sent and we can also set the timeline. All one needs to do is to attach the sequence while sending the mail. Super easy! No manual followup mail needed. Will not Stop Membership to there company, they do not stop when asked and now they have taken membership fees out without permission despite numerous email requests then to stop my membership or give me my money back.
