What do you like best about Mailshake? There are too many cool features in Mailshake to like one the most. However, I like that I manually enter a contact in a campaign, and the email goes out directly. I also appreciate that we can create many segments in the campaign and send them for a long time.

Be careful!

They've switched to only offer an annual plan and a now have a blanket no refund policy. Be really careful and diligent during the demo as if you miss anything and the product quickly turns out not to be for you or what you expected, they will not offer you any form of refund. I worked out the product wasn't for me and didn't work as I expected it to within days and now find myself having to pay $1k / seat for a product I won't use. It's easy to upload a CVS and customize a series of emails. I've been using Mailshake for over four years and recommend to my authors.
