Getting help on technical issues--response was fabulous

What do you like best? After considering many possible email marketing solutions, I chose Mailpoet because it seemed to offer the the most responsive methods of communicating with subscribers. I took it as far as I could using the free plugin, then decided to upgrade to the premium version. What do you like best? Ease of use and the fact users and unsubscribe from certain lists. Support seems to be pretty responsive. Andrew is awesome. What do you dislike? Not sure about 1 user being on multiple lists, will they get multiple emails if a blog is under multiple categories?
