Easy for mass email marketing
What do you like best? Mailgun is intuitive once you get familiar with it. It consistently provides accurate and helpful data. What do you dislike? Mailgun changed its interface recently which made it complicated and pretty hard to use. Once I adjusted, though, it continued to be useful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sending frequent emails to customers and ensuring safe delivery.

Great for our startup
It's very easy to get started and has so far been free. We are just starting out and saving wherever we can is a must. Very startup friendly, no complaints

Poor customer support

Favorite mail managing tool for all projects
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Mailgun features an API infrastructure with seamless integration to different platforms that we use, especially that it employs Laravel software development kit for better combination. They made me pay for free ip :D
They offered a free dedicated IP for my plan. But on top of my plan charges they charged another $59 for the IP.I contacted support, they said they fixed the issue and credited the overpayment on my account. They did not and they kept charging me for the extra $59 for the ip they offered for free. I then cancelled my subscription and they automatically deleted my account. I never intended to delete my account, only to cancel the subscription. I now cannot even print the invoices for my ...
