Mailgun is a great service

Mailgun is a great service, I like the variable pricing of the Flex plan. Support is great too. I use it with Ghost blog, it's the default mail service, great choice.

Had a minor issue with ESP throttling…

Had a minor issue with ESP throttling (ticket 1604134), promptly replied to by Brandon who explained clearly the various possible causes. It resolved itself, but was followed up by Mike to ensure everything was OK.We've been Mailgun customers for many years now, and this is just the latest example of their sterling customer service.Thanks guys.

They stopped all service incuding of…

They stopped all service incuding of course all links in already sent emails.Cause : too much complains. Looking deeply let see that lot complains comes from two users and else there are very few complains.I opened a ticket and 4 days : no answer anymore .Your business can die because theu forgot to program complains/user in simply count complains.Really disapointing
