I really appreciate Mailgun's customer service. It was fast and they solved my problem right away. I'm a small shop, yet I feel like they help me just like a bigger operation.

We have used mailgun for 5 years - We are moving

We have used mailgun for 5 years. I think it used to be owned by rackspace. It used to be great but things changed. The customer support is now terrible. The shared IP address quality is terrible. It's really hard to downgrade plan. The only way out is discontinue the service. How these guys are still in business amazes me.

It would be the best email service in the world if they added a Russian-language interface and Russian-language technical support. I hope that your team will soon understand that getting money from Russia is no worse than from other countries. Love the Russian language and Russia!

After reviewing the services and quick check with the various plan, we proceed to subscribe to the plan. Setting up and deploy it to production was so easy and quick. We have some clarification and post technical support, response to the queries was prompt and able assist. Very impressive!

I had some difficulties with verification of my domain name and DNS settings with my domain provider, but once I have contacted support Jeff from Mailgun responded almost immediately, and asked me for some additional information, and then he provided me with solution that was spot on and my domain name was verified. I've been happy with Mailgun for many years for sending emails from servers. Just had a great support experience where they alerted me to a problem with my mail sending and helped me sort it out. Friendly and responsive support!
