High quality service, works as expected, worth it
I've been able to experience a very fast and accurate customer service even on a free plan, which really allows you to try every part of the service. That's only because I had a question that isn't mentioned in the well-made FAQ, because using Mailgun is actually dead simple!Use whatever you want between SMTP relay or their REST API, both of which are frankly the best you could expect as a developer. We've been using Mailgun for years
We've been using Mailgun for years, so far the best customer support you can get from an Email Service Provider. They always help even when you just start using their service. Recommended for small and even established businesses (P.S. We've been using Mailgun for both small local e-commerce and international e-commerce)

I usually don't write reviews but I could not pass this up. Suitable mailing system for our job
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Sending emails through Mailgun API is surely wonderful, and tracking the open and click on email rates is very efficient. Good Service - Bad Customer Support
What do you like best? the service is pretty seamless for SMTP sending What do you dislike? If you have a problem the Customer Support is REALLY REALLY Bad. Just awful. Really bad.
I rarely leave reviews, but this company should be closed down. Use at your own risk.1. Support - Their support seems great before you purchase but is then non-existent after you signup.Expect long delays and unanswered questions.2. Billing - They change you for services you never agreed too.Be aware of their "email verification" tool. Simple to use, excellent support
I am a developer but have never used mailing services before. I gave mailgun a try and I was able to get everything working in no time. It is all very simple to use. I had one problem that I couldn't figure out so I contacted their support, they responded in only a few minutes. Really one of the best services that I have used of any type.

MailGun over SendGrid ANY day.
I have a lot of accounts I set up for clients and was deciding between SendGrid and MailGun. Well, Sendgrid took over 3 weeks to still not solve an issue - they would take days to reply, then one time asked for a screen shot, I sent it back immediately, and then the next response was, "Can you send a bigger screenshot". Same account I switched to MailGun, everything set up perfectly within 48 hours - there was one question and customer support replied within 2 hours!!! I will be switching ...
