Propagation Delay
There was a propagation delay, and I was guided to make changes to my TXT, MX, and Cname files.I would only recommend that the team someway finds out that a new account has not activated and then check to suggest solutions to users ahead of time instead of wait for complaints. Some users do not have that kind of patience because there is competition out there.

Easy to use platform with amazing support
I'm amazed how simple it is to integrate possibilities of this platform to project (or application). Also, the dashboard when you sign in is really good, you'll easily find out what you're looking for. One big plus is amazing (and I really mean it) support you'll get - I literally got an answer from a member of support team in few minutes after I opened ticket. Love it!

Closed my ticket without solving the Problem. Just said "your welcome" and closed it
Closed my ticket without solving the DNS issue. They say the fresh domain is being used on another account, so I have to jump through all these loopholes such as adding a CNAME to my DNS. Now that I've done that, they think the problem is solved and close the ticket when in reality, they said they had to do something themselves before the problem was solved.
