Trying out the free version of the email to see how it goes. The UI seems easy enough to use, some features need improving. You can password protect emails which is great. Haven't had any issues to require customer service's help to see how good they are in treating customers. Overall it's good. Still new for judging so might be back later to adjust rating... Mailfence is certainly better than protonmail. Protonmail UI is archaic and slow, their customer service is rude and their algorythms ...

I would not recommend mailfence.

I am very dissapointed with mailfence and would not recommend their services. Their website has a lot of information about their service, but it's quite difficult to navigate and find. I did not find the information presented in a very clear manner. Their support team do reply to emails sent. The trial/free account does not give you the ability to test all of the features of the higher accounts, the only way to access these features is to subscribe (adding credit for 6months).The ...

Safe email, perfect synchronisation and excellent customer support at a reasonable price

I've been using Mailfence for almost three years now. For a very reasonable price I got private and safe synchronisation of my email and calendar across devices. The customer support is excellent. Most of the limitations I found when using the product have to do with factors external to the provider, such as my Ethernet firewall at work not admitting an active sync account, or the fact that I had to buy a third-party application if I didn't want to use the Gmail app in my phone. a good gmail alternative

recently started to de-google. tried with the free version for around a month and now just subscribed. reasonably priced. have their own pwa. the support team is also very helpful and replied promptly and patiently. so far i am satisfied with the service

Best provider ever!

Best provider ever. My account got hacked as well as backup email but even without being able to reset my password "traditional" way I still got it back. Awesome!
