Excellent customer support team! Mailfence is quick to follow up and has been very efficient in addressing and solving my questions with my new account. It's great to see that there are people who still take pride in their work.

Mailfence does not work properly and won't offer flexibility

Mailfence does not work as it should and support is not solving it (prompting this review). It is only okay and has lots of drawbacks. 1) There is no option for longer session times, meaning you have to sign in every 8 hours. If you use multiple computers AND work at home where security is not as much of an issue, this is very onerous. I requested at least daylong or weeklong sign-in sessions (meaning you don't have to sign in) since I am working from home, like so many now, and MF won't ...

Best Email Provider (and Support team) Ever!!

I joined Mailfence some years ago when I realized that if I am not paying for a product, I am (and all my private data) the product. I chose Mailfence because of the safety of the servers and also because it would support Exchange, which I need for full synchronisation across my devices. Mailfence is relatively new to the email provider market and is a highly reliable and highly secure product. Based in Europe, not the USA, it feels more immediate than dealing with a giant like Google/Gmail. The need for greater email security and privacy were and remain my reasons for this choice. I'm super pleased with Mailfence so far, and I'm a difficult person to please. I am using it in combination with my local email client (Thunderbird). I am testing them out as my likely upcoming replacement for my longstanding email service who I recently reached a breaking point with. After trying other companies specialized on crippled emails, Mailfence was the only once capable to import our hundreds of Folders and thousands of emails from Gmail. Great service and Company.
