Security and privacy done right, with little need for back-end tweaking. Comfort of data residing in Belgium and easy encryption to thwart man-in-the-middle attacks. The interface is incredibly well thought-out. I've found the search feature to be more accurate Office 365's. You can instantly pull up the message count simply by right clicking a folder. I Have Lost My Password and 2FA AND…
I Have Lost My Password and 2FA AND Recovery Email. The odds of getting my email back was near impossible and I understood this but we talked through it and I managed to regain access. This is very rare high customer support standard. Bravo.
