Simple, reliable, cost-effective
With Gmail and other providers promising you the moon and not really delivering while invading your privacy, it's hard to find a provider that does things right. Mailfence is a service I discovered a couple of years back. It has a good Web user-interface, rarely do I get spam email, and I'm able to use this with 3rd party mail clients which is important to me. Novice problems resolved with patience
As I said to Mailfence support, I understand String Theory and Quantum Mechanics better than the terminology of communication technology. A year ago I needed help get started, about 6-7 emails in the conversation. This week trying to sync Mailfence with Thunderbird almost broke me. A secure & private email service that respects user privacy
Mailfence offers a secure and private email service that allows you to send and receive emails (as you probably already do 100's of times a day), but in a way that really respects your privacy, because the company has encryption designed into their service so that nobody (including themselves) can read your emails. They are super honest in what the service can and can't do (no "fine-print in legalese" shenanigans to worry about). Also, very easy to use!

I have been using mailfence for sometime. Needed to contact support and these guys have been the best. Ali has been very patient and very professional. They respond within a reasonable time and resolved the various issues I caused. I can recommend mailfence for your next secured email service.
