What do you like best about Magentrix PRM? The best feature for us is that the platform can be leveraged for all three modules, Community, LMS with Assessment, and for Product Doc. What do you dislike about Magentrix PRM? Some features are still basic and it needs a revamping. What problems is Magentrix PRM solving and how is that benefiting you? It is not a PRM but also the company community is hosted on Magentrix.

What do you like best about Magentrix PRM? The PRM has a modern UI and easily integrates with SFDC. What do you dislike about Magentrix PRM? Admin side - not always easy to find what I'm looking for. What do you like best about Magentrix PRM? Magentrix PRM had everything we needed out of the box to build our partner experience exactly how we wanted. We were worried they wouldn't work in our budget, but their salespeople were communicative and helpful. What do you like best about Magentrix PRM? The out of the box capabilities are top notch - deal registration, pipeline viewing, quoting, resource delivery, and learning management - and only require minimal tweaking. "The best onboarding experience I've ever had!"

What do you like best about Magentrix PRM? This was a replacement for our existing portal which did not meet our needs or expectations. Magentrix has all the features we need for our partner portal - from wiki style knowledge bases for easily sharing detailed information to playbooks for sharing marketing collateral.
