Great platform - endless options

What do you like best? We just signed up with Magento for our new website and so far, so good! What do you dislike? it's not super simple to use, but you get the hang of it What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? To sell our products! Because it's open - source, the options are endless

Good but not the best option.

What do you like best? I like that it is simple to break out roles and limit/expand access to users within the platform. What do you dislike? It is not the easiest to use, updates are a pain and the support team is no good. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having an e-commerce platform, it is nice to be able to view customer orders within the system instead of only having them in the cms.

The best software platform for ecommerce

It is an amazingly complex software, it can do and achieve great performance from custom process to easy A/B testing, one ofthe leaders in it's field is a great tools for building at a great pace. Can withstand great volumes of traffic and still have a great speed. What do you dislike? Fully open source and customizable

What do you like best? Magento is definitely user friendly and easy to pickup on. They have a great "Magento U" where you can take comprehensive courses to learn the ins and outs of the Admin panel. No dev experience neccessary. What do you dislike? As it is fully customizable, the downside is needing extension add-ons for features that it would be nice to have built in to the software. Getting better with every release

What do you like best? Magento 2 hasn't been around all that long yet, and each successive release is fixing more issues and introducing more functionality, so definitely feel like it's the best long-term platform for a growing e-commerce business.
