Maestro PMS.

What do you like best? Maestro PMS is super simple to learn and use. Once I got the operations down it was quick and easy to set up reservations for our guests. I'm so glad we use this program. I am impressed with the level of support we receive and the speed in which the support is delivered. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I found the software easy to use and it made sense. What do you dislike? It took a bit to learn and at times was confusing but once I was passed the learning curve I had few issues What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? It works, which is more than can be said for the majority of the software used in my role What do you dislike? What do you like best? I love how notes are integrated easily. What do you dislike? You cannot open multiple windows. Small print What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Good for more modern hotels looking to have a more simple overview of where everything used for front office is located

Easy once you get the hang of it

What do you like best? Maestro is an incredibly thorough system. Each action involves plenty of prompts, making it difficult to make mistakes. This is especially nice if you are a beginner. My first experience with any sort of property management system was with Maestro, and I will say I learned a ton. What do you dislike? Sales and Catering - Overall Easy to Use and full functionality!

What do you like best? I like the fact that it works all-round great for events and sales at the hotel property I work at. Great flow and ease of use once you know the program. You can input all of your own food and beverage requirements, setup, special items like linens, and fees. Contracts, Invoicing and BEO's easily used.
