These guys are Awesome!

These guys are awesome. I had a support issue which was raised with the tech team right away. They were super supportive and took the time to deal with me. Not only that, after using madgicx for a few days we saw our leads significantly increase by just testing a quick campaign. Give them a try you won't regret it.

MadgicX help me a lot when I just have a baby because I have no time to monitor my facebook ads. It help me to improve the ROAS that mean I get more profit and have more time to take care my baby

Best Software and Service, Period

I have been using Madgicx for one year, and it is truly amazing. It has saved me a lot of time in creating and managing ads for my clients, and it has significantly increased the performance of my campaigns. The company also provides outstanding customer service, including a dedicated manager, Nico, who is fantastic at helping me optimize the ads. I even received direct help from their VP and CEO, Dani and Yahav. Two thumbs up and a big thank you!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They will raid your bank account at will. Their software has not once been able to outperform me or provide any reasonable uplift and it's almost impossible to cancel your subscription. I've had to report them to my financial institution and the UK financial regulator. They will rob you blind!

I would like to give an honest review, at the beginning there was a discrepancy, but it turned out that this was my fault and not the fault of Magicx. Since I have been using Magicx for my facebook campaigns, they have been performing much better. That's not just a statement, it's proven to be true. I am often in contact with Nico from the Magicx team. I can write to him at any time, he writes back very quickly and we often have meetings in which he creates the campaigns together with me. ...

incredible service, I wasn't quite sure how to set some things up and within 5 minutes I was helped via zoom by 3 people. They also helped me create an additional ad that had an ROAS of 632 in the first day.

Do not use Madgicx

Do not use Madgicx. They make it impossible for you to cancel your subscription. When you ask for billing support they keep telling you they are waiting for the billing team to get back to them (for three weeks), and there is zero proactive updates. Their strategy is just keep telling you the same thing, "we are waiting for the billing team to update us". Terrible support, terrible billing practises and awful business practises.

What do you like best about Madgicx? The very best thing about Madgicx is the support. My Success Manager - Manna, is nothing but amazing! I always tell her she has a magic wand because the results blow my mind whenever she touches my ads. Thank you so much, Manna and team :)
