Afer 2 years of issues and not working software, we see that the subscription cancellation just gets ignored and money is taken from our credit card anyway. Avoid this company.

Fantastic product and excellent customer service

We have been so impressed by both the Madgicx product and the incredible customer service. Since starting with Madgicx 2 months ago our revenue, ROAS and overall performance from FB has improved significantly. The worst marketing agency that we have ever worked with. The media buyers they provided were of very low quality and did not show any progress. The media buyers they provided were of very low quality and didn't show any progress. They didn't explain their strategies to us and didn't provide weekly reports as promised.
