Great Customer Service From Manna!

I had the pleasure of talking to Manna from customer support and she was so helpful and she went with me through the whole process. The app itself is very organized and i like the feel and look of it. Definitely Recommended.

DON'T BUY, IS NOT REFOUNDABLE.

I bought the tool about a week ago. Aside from the terrible UX and the features that are not exactly as they explain, the surprises began when I asked for a refund. Support response: according to the terms and conditions, the refund must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. If this is not a SCAM, what is? Obviously, everything is written well hidden in the terms and conditions :D

I have signed up and trapped in fraud

I have signed up on their platform with 7 days free trial but unable to use their platform because of some bug and after seven days they have debited my money and not reply and refunding the same.

Excellent customer service & intuitive user interface!

Excellent customer service - the team are always quick to respond to any questions & are always helpful & friendly. I love being able to see which ads are performing best, in terms of the creatives & the ad copy. Easy to use & much more user-friendly than the FB interface - especially for those new to FB ads! Manna from Madgicx.com has done an incredible job helping me work through the process. She has helped us bring down our costs and increase our new sales ten fold. Amamzing!

The tool doesn't do much other than…

The tool doesn't do much other than data visualisation. A very expensive 200 bucks a month. If you want other features that actually help with ads management you have to pay extra. Also beware, the demo is NOT free!

The platform itself took a little while to get used to and you can't really rely on the AI itself but the reporting is amazing and so is the customer service. We've been working with Manna for a few weeks and she's incredible, really knowledgeable and takes the time to understand your needs and explain everything. She also helped us go from a 1,7x ROAS to an average of 2.8-3X ROAS over the last 2 or 3 weeks!
