Just signed up so still learning the platform but so far the onboarding and support has been great. This combines all the other platforms I was using (triplewhale, attribution apps and meta ads manager) into one. The reporting alone is worth the subscription but it also allows for super easy ads set up and there are tons of automation you can use to improve efficiency.
