"No effective customer service"
What do you like best about MacPractice MD? This is NOT a Best situation. MacPractice has become much worse. Have used the original software when it was MediMac. the fact that I have to take so many step to leave a review has nothing to do with safety. It is all about making it difficult to prvide reviews.

What do you like best about MacPractice MD? Self explanatory. Within one day, I was able to figure out how to navigate the system. I also love that it was very customizable.

"User friendly"
What do you like best about MacPractice MD? The interface is aesthetically pleasing. It is easy to use and intuitive especially if you are an Apple/Mac user. Training employees to use it is easy as well. It has so many functions I know I can do more with it than I already am. For physicians documentation is quick, it has built in dictation. It is meaningful use certified. Their support is vey good and helpful. I’ve been using it for 6 years and very happy with it
