What do you like best about Macola? I really enjoy how easy the program is to use. What do you dislike about Macola? There are certian tasks that require repeated steps. Other than that no issues. What problems is Macola solving and how is that benefiting you? Order entry is facilitated.

"Too many steps for every process"

What do you like best about Macola? When Macola is not glitching or crashing, it does the job...mostly. What do you dislike about Macola? The processes are cumbersome. Macola glitches or crashes often and does unexplainable things. The extra support, that we pay a ridiculous amount for, is unresponsive and inadequate when we do finally get a response. What do you like best about Macola? The ease of the complete system. I liked the fact you can restrict a user from buttons and models. The grouping was very easy to use. Training was very easy and creating procedures and flow charts were nice. You could use a user defined field, add it to the screen and to a form and create a report for it as well. What do you like best about Macola? Easy input and reconciliations. I used Exact for AP, Expense Reports and Invoices and was able to generate Checks easily and have concise monthly reports for easy reconciliations with my bank statements. There was no guessing would something go wrong as it always went smoothly as you were using it. Even with my larger applications it handled 10,000 items as easily as 100.
