"great alternative to Slack with nice telco features"

What do you like best about CINNOX? It has to be the telco features. At first we were just comparing different solutions to Slack and tried out maaiiconnect, and then we realized how much more powerful it is over Slack due to all the nice offline phone features. What do you like best about CINNOX? Powerful SMS and Toll-Free features on top of the usual live chat, web calls and video calls. What do you dislike about CINNOX? Lack of tutorials, but their CS is good.
