What do you like best about CINNOX? I really like the fact that CINNOX offers a customer-friendly digital ecosystem with features such as a web link feature to start a live chat session or a web call directly from our customers, who previously served them. This makes it much easier for them to get answers quickly and conveniently without having to wait on hold while they figure out who they need to speak with.
