I mistakenly sent money from account…

I mistakenly sent money from account that was not in my own name and I got a a mail from Luno that my money has been reversed but I haven’t seen the money in my account. I can’t contact their customer support because it’s not working. Please what is going on?

Made an Instant transfer via the Luno App 10 days ago. Funds are still not reflecting in my Luno wallet after 10 days, I'm being told "specialized team is working on it" even sent them the proof of transaction. Ps. LUNO cannot be trusted - no accountability or resolution from wallet theft My husband’s phone was recently stolen. His FNB bank accounts were hacked and accessed, so was his LUNO Wallet. After FNB’s fraud department investigated the incident the results in their findings lead them to reimburse the money (no questions asked) within 24 hours! Brilliant service from FNB.
