BAD EXPERIENCE WITH LUNO

I made a deposit to my luno wallet on the 30/11/2024. Up till this moment, it never reflected on my wallet and the funds was never returned to my Bank account. I have made several complaint on their chat platform and since then the only response I get is their specialized team is working on it. No definite timeline has been given for resolution.

Made a deposit by voucher

Made a deposit by voucher, on the 29th of November. And till now I haven’t received my voucher details to make my deposit. What pisses me off is the inability of so called support services to give u useful information on your issue, after long hours sometimes days u finally get support but they just keep saying “specialized team working to resolve issue” no timeline, nothing.. the worst experience I have had I don’t advice anybody to use them..

Luno is a shady company

Luno is kind of shady/friendly company. Like a friendly tour operator. All good until you want to get out, then it's a closed door. Like buying Stellar on their platform and being told that they dont "send" XLM because it's not safe. What? What does that even mean?? You can buy all the coins there but you can't send many of them??!! Why don't you inform your client of that BEFORE they buy it. So I had to sell it which cost me 22k (2%), convert to BTC to send it to my hard wallet and rebuy. ...

I tried to log into my Luno account yesterday. Luno sent a message saying I don't have permission 403. My password and email has not changed. I am receiving correspondance from them but with no solution. I can't access the Toshi chat bot as I can't access my account. I have reference numbers, but no support. Luno why are my funds disappearing?

Luno why are my funds disappearing? I have done over 5 transactions, just when I sell bitcoins to my naira wallet, you charge me a transaction fee which is agreed, then when I hit send, you charge more than the 2% and leave no trace. On my app I can’t contact your customer service. Yesterday I sold #1,599,000 and I was charged #31,760 and when I hit sent additional #47,000 went missing with no trade.
