My deposits gave not been reflecting

My deposits have not been reflecting. I've contacted the support numerous times only to be told it has been handed over to the specialized team. I've sent many emails. I got one response after 5 days which says again that a special team is resolving the issue. My account is also locked and there is no way to get hold of the support team as they booked the chat as well.

Luno Useless at assisting with return call verification

After following the prcesses by Luno I finally get access back into my account by installing 2FA. Now that I am into the account I am not able to trade as they need to do a telephonic verification. 1 week later and there is still no communication besides the same generated email being received daily after my complaint of not receiving the calls. Terrible customer service…

Terrible customer service they don’t have proper, chat system with customers so if you have any issues you’ll be waiting 3 days plus for a response. I had a response but then keep getting passed to different people for something so minor. I have been waiting over a week to get my account unlock as there so much ridiculous verification.
