What do you like best about LumApps? I like how LumApps wants to house all the features needed to drive engagement out of the box. What do you dislike about LumApps? The analytics are lacking, especially for trying to figure out a user journey within the intranet platform and there is NO click analytics. What do you like best about LumApps? The flexibility and amount of options are terrific. The tool grows with you. What do you dislike about LumApps? Not much! We've had it for 3 months and love it What problems is LumApps solving and how is that benefiting you? Too email heavy which is difficult to search and is a non-starter for employees who joined after the email was sent.

"Best intranet out of many I've tried"

What do you like best about LumApps? So easy to use it's unbelievable. Simple to manage and engage/push people to content. It's integration with things like M365 are spectacular. Their customer service is also amazing and so helpful What do you dislike about LumApps? It's not super customizable. You get what you get. "Super innovative and fun to use"

What do you like best about LumApps? The CSM team is so effective. They are incredible at helping us achieve our internal goals. What do you dislike about LumApps? Matt. Just kidding! Love the platform and team. What problems is LumApps solving and how is that benefiting you? Employee engagement and unified comms platform. We now have great adoption but definitely have work to do to take better advantage of the platform capabilities
