Appalling service support

Our extremely busy cafe-bar had been using the Loyverse POS system very happily for 18 months when we were visited by a Teya sales rep, MG. Teya provide card payment systems and, like many other companies, were keen to have us as a client. We're on very competitive rates with our current provider and don't usually entertain approaches from sales rep's.
