Appalling service support
Our extremely busy cafe-bar had been using the Loyverse POS system very happily for 18 months when we were visited by a Teya sales rep, MG. Teya provide card payment systems and, like many other companies, were keen to have us as a client. We're on very competitive rates with our current provider and don't usually entertain approaches from sales rep's. The Loyverse POS is so intuitive and easy to use. It has helped us a lot with our business, reporting and being able to check the sales wherever you are is a great help to us. The customer support team is ready to help anytime. I highly recommend it.
