"Great tool for onboarding or capturing insights from your users"
What do you like best about Lou by Totango? The fact that it's a chrome plugin is great - allows me to build it WYSIWYG. I can see exactly what's happening and how it will show up. Also, there are a few options (walk throughs, onboarding, announcements, etc.)

What do you like best about Lou by Totango? It just works very well, the interface is easy to use, and there are plenty of features to create what you need. And it's constantly improving, last month they release the Checklist feature that it's awesome.
