What do you like best about Looker? As a very data-driven company, our evolution toward Looker adoption began when we realized a need for more people within the organization to have access to information. This first effort required learning MySQL and maintaining a directly integrated UX to display the responses after querying the database. What do you like best about Looker? I love it, it is uncomplicated and has very good capabilities to make life easier for BI teams. I like that it is so customizable and able to compile large amounts of data with unique speed. The customer service is very good, as is their online support community. It allows me to see AHT and its extremely accurate with great tools, like checking login and logout times of agents, performance for different sites as there currently are different sites in the one business and we compete against each other What do you dislike about Looker?
