"Great way to do research remotely"
What do you like best about Lookback? I love that I can get this level of customer feedback without having to actually be in the room with a customer. I like that only minimal software is needed to get running. We have some remote employees so this also works well for presenting and gathering feedback with those members. What do you dislike about Lookback? I wish the tool worked with any browser but I understand the challenge they have. Some customers might not be allowed to install Chrome ...
