Very easy to work with
Very easy to work with. Quickly create everything you need vs working with a designer even on Fivver or any of the other low cost design crowd sourcing groups. I purchased something that didn't exactly meet my needs and they refunded it immediately with no questions asked. Great CS support.

No hassle, Just helpful
I used Look for a little while but then my position changed and I don't currently require its services. I wasn't aware that my subscription would auto-renew, but looking at my emails, I did receive notice. When my Annual subscription fee was taken, I contacted support and Frank was happy to apply a full refund, for which I was very grateful. No hassle :)

I really love Looka
I really love Looka. It's such a beautiful platform and I have built a stunning brand and website. I had a small issue linking my business email and getting the DNS settings right but Sam helped me resolve it quickly. Highly recommended.
