Great remote tool to troubleshoot user computer issues

What do you like best? It is easy because when you are deploying the computer you can go ahead and set up the computer to have the app already on it. It makes it so easy when you are needing to connect to the users machine later on. Good remote software but not perfect

What do you like best? I have used this with 20 different types of computer system and it is reliable for.the most part. What do you dislike? However, sometimes the remote client software gets corrupted. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Connection is amazing, but lacks stability

What do you like best? The connection to my work computer from home is amazing. It allows for a streamlined connection to my drives that are only accessible at work. It has been awesome to be home during the COVID pandemic and still be able to work. I feel confident that I can work anywhere at anytime, even if I end up sick. What do you dislike? Good software

What do you like best? It’s easy to connect to and it keeps your company security intact. What do you dislike? The software freezes a lot and has about a two second delay. Recommendations to others considering the product: Expect a 2-3 second delay. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Like It But...

What do you like best? Encryption level cannot be better; appreciate the logon layers. What do you dislike? Price, too high for two connections - wish it was half the cost. Okay to use

What do you like best? I like the easy of using the remote desktop through logmein. It gives you the chance to use the computer of someone else sitting at your desk What do you dislike? however it isnt that user friendly and we faced issues with restarting in case the main persons computer gets locked What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We used our clients computer through logmein for using Quickbooks
