Connection is amazing, but lacks stability

What do you like best? The connection to my work computer from home is amazing. It allows for a streamlined connection to my drives that are only accessible at work. It has been awesome to be home during the COVID pandemic and still be able to work. I feel confident that I can work anywhere at anytime, even if I end up sick. What do you dislike? Good software

What do you like best? It’s easy to connect to and it keeps your company security intact. What do you dislike? The software freezes a lot and has about a two second delay. Recommendations to others considering the product: Expect a 2-3 second delay. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Makes Remote Management much easier

What do you like best? The fact that you can file share, use reboot options, use the command line, and just about every other BASIC remote management necessity is fantastic. The "Share my desktop..." option is great for when we are either training new employees, training existing employees, or having a meeting with a vendor. What do you dislike? I can see you from miles away

What do you like best? I enjoy the ability to access our restaurant's machines, coworkers machines, etc. by logging in to Logmein to be able to assist in a matter of minutes vs. having to walk anyone through their issues without actually being able to see the problem they may be experiencing.
